Brooke Densley
Family Care Coordinator
Brooke brings a decade of experience helping parents who need additional resources for their children beyond what they can manage at home. Before joining Journey to Better, she worked as the Admissions Director at a Residential Treatment Center for high-school-aged students. In that role, she connected deeply with parents facing challenges, heartache, or feeling overwhelmed. Brooke took great satisfaction in guiding families through tough times and watching them heal and grow closer. For her, family is everything. She believes that by allowing each family member to be heard, validated, and to address long-standing issues can truly transform their lives.
For her, working at Journey to Better is more than just a job; it’s an intentional and meaningful choice she makes each day that allows her to pay it forward. As the mom of a young adult son on the Autism Spectrum, she understands how challenging it can be to raise a child who’s constantly struggling. She’s walked that path, often feeling like her best efforts weren’t enough. But along the way, she’s discovered an incredible network of support—people with personal and professional insight who are committed to helping families like hers. Building connections with others who have faced similar challenges has been a blessing, providing her with a roadmap to help guide her son through his journey.
Brooke met Talley eight years ago and was instantly impressed by her passion and dedication. Brooke is confident that families working with Journey to Better will receive exceptional care and the expert guidance they need to make informed decisions for their child.
