We didn't understand the value of her extensive knowledge of these programs until we embarked on choosing one for our son. Talley has an ability to understand the real needs while paying attention to relevant details and how they will (or won't) support those needs - she looked at multiple factors, incl. the programs' philosophies, makeup of other campers there, personalities of therapists available, activities and locations in order to find the best match for our son. She then stayed involved throughout his time in the program to ensure all was going well and got involved any time we had any concerns.
