I’m an expert who pulls together resources specifically tailored to fit your needs. I offer years of experience and highly researched guidance. I’ve been in your shoes and I know what you’re going through. This might be the hardest decision you’ll ever make, but you don’t have to go it alone.

My purpose is to guide parents and children to find connection, hope, and a plan for healing.

I understand that no two children are the same, which is why I begin our journey by examining and understanding the unique history of each of my clients. You want someone in your corner who not only holds your hand, but also knows your family. Because what good will a program be if it’s not the right one for you?

I look for programs that are strength-based. I tour programs. I have relationships with them. I know which programs are good and which ones are bad. I stay on top of industry standards. I meet with front-line staff and students to understand what program is best for which personality. Why? So I can make sure your choice is the right fit for your child.

No matter what your child’s diagnosis, you need to know that your family is in good hands. You need accurate care. You need someone who knows this world and can help you navigate it. Years of doing what I do has given me resources and knowledge that will guide you as we target a mental health or substance use program specifically appropriate for your child’s needs.

Throughout your child’s treatment journey, I will be there. I will not only connect with and monitor the facility you choose, but also provide advice and counsel through each stage of the process. This isn’t just a career for me, it’s a calling. I want people to be able to access what the leaders in this field are doing whether they hire me or not, which is why I also keep a blog with noted research and information. I’m here to help.

I'm a thorough researcher, advocate and sensitive advisor. I’m an insightful clinician and an empathetic mother, who has walked this path with my own family. I intentionally run a small private practice, with a team of equally dedicated partners, based solely on referrals from trusted professionals and past clients.
